The construction sector is important for our country and Royal Ayeyar Construction Company Limited was established in (6-7-2012). It is a well running business in all kinds of construction especially for condominiums, houses, apartments and flats by good methods. The construction sector is famous in the Yangon Region and we intend to expand the other businesses. In the construction sector, we served the earth work, concreting work and erection of ancillary structure with earth moving equipment, heavy machinery, and concrete batching plants. Apartment construction in Yangon as a licensed contractor of Yangon City Development Committee (YCDC ) & Ministry of Construction ( MOC ) for Construction, Design & Decoration Work. And also our company was experienced in Design & Built, Steel Fabrication & Erection, Tailored Machineries, Equipment Fabrication & Installation, Process Piping & Industrial M&E Works, and Tanks & Vessels Fabrication & Erection. When we worked for construction sector, earth work and concrete work, Yangon-Nay Pyi Taw-Mandalay Express Highway Road Construction Project (2007-2009 ), Phyu Hydropower Dam Construction Project ( Bago Division) ( 2008–2011), Pyay – Magwe access road upgrading project (2008-2009), KBZI Cement Factory Entrance Road Construction (2009), Meikhtilar Irrigation Canal Construction Project (2009-2010), Kyan Kin – Pakokeku Railway Flat Top Bridge Construction ( 2009-2010 ), Yangon Port Construction and New Strand Road Construction (Asia World Co. Ltd. ) (2009-2010) & Myit Thar Hydropower Dam Construction Project (Magwe Division) (2010 –2014) were worked by own project and joint project with the other companies. We have the partner and member construction naming Hein Taw Win Construction is under the Royal Ayeyar Construction Company Limited. It is also good running the construction worked, earth work and concrete work in Yangon City area. So that we can widely work in these sectors in past period and we tried to serve for construction work, earth work and concrete work in fort period.
