About Royal Ayeyar’s Agricultulral Product (Rubber Sheet)
Royal Ayeyar Company had owned rubber plantation and manufacturing the rubber sheets for export. The business of export the rubber sheets in 2008 and acquisition from 1000 Acres of Rubber Plantation in Mon State which is situated in Southern part of Myanmar. Now, this business has 6 years experienced and in the near future, we aim to participate in the manufacturing of tires, rubber related products and raw materials of rubber.
The world productivity of natural rubber is 6.7 million ton and the demand of natural rubber is increasing year by year because industry sector is increasing. The natural rubber productivity of China is about 400,000 ton and the natural rubber demand of China industry is 1 million ton and it is no rubber extension land resources. Therefore this opportunity is one of the forces of our agricultural product of rubber sheets.
On the other hand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand that now face with the scarcity of resources and even material outsourcing have already established the rubber wood industry market and rubber related products in all over the world. The well-established market opportunity is also one of the driven forces for our business. Rubber sheets and rubber related products are one of the competitive advantages of Myanmar and it was support the economic reforms and market oriented economic policy of Myanmar.
Our government is encouraging the development of agriculture and livestock breeding, improving production from these sectors, and also to make appropriate use of the country’s vast areas of vacant. Our business of agricultural product (rubber sheets) is working for fulfill the agriculture sector of our country and to get the income of export product by agriculture of Myanmar. Royal Ayeyar’s agricultural product is considered to gain both income of latex (natural rubber) and rubber wood from our owned rubber plantation.
